OUR PAWS FIRST AID COURSE

Our pack is very proud to offer the Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid training program; a fun-filled, informative and thorough 10-hour certification course with information pertaining to both dogs and cats! It has been developed and is regularly maintained and updated by Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid.

This program has received the "Stamp of Approval" from Animal Wellness, North America's top Animal Wellness magazine.

It is internationally recognized and is the longest standing Pet First Aid course in Canada with more than 60 certified instructors across the country and spreading into other parts of the world.

You'll get to work with both a CPR mannequin as well as live dogs to get a a real-life experience at bandaging animals and performing CPR.

You will receive a manual and quick guide for your first aid kit that are yours to keep. At the successful completion of this course you will also receive a certificate which is valid for 3 years.

The great thing about the Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid course is that it covers so many topics in depth and teaches you so much more than just the bare minimum for what many people come to our class for.

This course is great for anyone who lives or works with animals no matter the setting or environment.  And, living in a time where animals are so often seen as being part of the family, our Pack hopes to someday be able to teach everyone, regardless of whether they own a pet or not, the basics of Pet First Aid and allow more furry members of someone's family to spend a little longer with their loved ones.
