2017 Walks 'N' Wags annual Holiday Charity Drive
This year we are once again participating in the annual Walks 'N' Wags Holiday Charity Drive which runs from December 1 until December 18.
To make this possible, we have teamed up with 2 fabulous local businesses to help collect donations for 2 fantastic Calgary charities:
AARCS is run by a group of people concerned about the welfare of abandoned, abused and surrendered dogs in the province of Alberta. Our volunteers range in age from young children to seniors and all are animal-lovers who are looking to make a difference.
Improving the lives of animals by rescuing and providing sanctuary to abandoned, surrendered or abused animals; assisting communities to achieve healthy and respectful relationships with animals; promoting responsible and compassionate guardianship and advocating on behalf of all animals.

pause4change Rescue Foundation was founded in 2012 and is compiled of dedicated volunteers who have worked within Alberta Animal Rescues for years.

Committed to education, pause4change believes that promoting responsible pet ownership will create a positive impact on the animal lives our community interacts with.
Our hope is to empower people to become change agents and help drive sustainable practices within our communities. pause4change drives this message internally as well, by providing a structured training program for all our volunteers.

pause4change functions entirely from our network of volunteers, and therefore relies heavily on your support.
